1 Hotels has made its debut in Tokyo with the opening of 1 Hotel Tokyo within the Akasaka Trust Tower. The hotel features:

Located near popular neighborhoods like Ginza, Roppongi, and Shibuya, the hotel offers rates starting at $680 per night.
AutoCamp Asheville, North Carolina
AutoCamp Asheville, located just 15 minutes from town, is designed for glampers with:
- 67 guest rooms and Airstream Suites
- Each featuring a private fire pit and grill
Hilton’s AutoCamp partnership includes amenities such as an outdoor pool, EV charging, a restaurant, and a general store. Rates start at $201 or 70,000 Hilton Honors points nightly.

The Monarch San Antonio, Curio Collection by Hilton, Texas

Upcoming Hotels
Six Senses The Palm, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (September 2026)
Six Senses The Palm, set to open on September 1, 2026, will be located on the West Crescent of Palm Jumeirah. The resort will include:
- 61 suites
- 172 privately-owned branded residences
- A 60,000-square-foot spa and wellness facility
- Several restaurants and bars
- Direct beach access
- Several swimming pools

St. Regis Queenstown, New Zealand (2027)
The St. Regis Queenstown will be the brand’s first hotel in New Zealand, offering:

New Orleans’ Eliza Jane Leaving Hyatt for Marriott
The Category 5 Eliza Jane in New Orleans is leaving World of Hyatt on March 24, as reported by You Are Travel. It will join Marriott Bonvoy as The Eliza Jane, Autograph Collection. Marriott will manage the property as of March 25, but it’s unclear how much it will cost with points.
Barcelona Doubles Hotel Tourist Tax
Barcelona is looking to reduce tourism by implementing a tourist tax of more than $17, one of the highest in Europe. Guests can expect to pay between $11.58 and $17.38 per night starting in April, depending on the hotel category.
Marriott’s D.C. Hotels Roll Out Cherry Blossom Festival Packages
Washington, D.C., is home to the National Cherry Blossom Festival, which takes place between March 20 and April 12, 2026. Marriott, a host sponsor of the festival, has cherry blossom-inspired offerings and culinary experiences.
Marriott Bonvoy members can also earn 2,500 bonus points per 2-night stay at the 40 participating hotels.
